Welcome to G M Bailey Air Conditioning Ltd. We have been established as an air conditioning contractor for more than 25 years. Our staff and engineers are all trained and work from our offices in Carterton, Oxfordshire. We provide many services, including commercial, domestic, and accredited services.

Company History

G M Bailey Air Conditioning Ltd was established in 1987 and later became a Limited Company in April 2002, each time transferring its accounts and always operating under the same name. We are still working with some of our original clients, having built mutual trust and long-term business relationships with each other.

What We Do

Our aim has always been to provide a solid company. We have consistently returned modest profits with a constant flow of work throughout even the toughest times. We've achieved this with competitive pricing and meeting both ours and our client’s goals and by running an efficient business, minimising wasted time and materials, and keeping overheads to a minimum. Profits are constantly reinvested to ensure we can fund the business without large loans.

Where We Are

We are currently working from our own premises in Carterton, which is centrally located between Oxford, Swindon, and Cheltenham. Whilst we endeavour to work locally, we have many customers throughout the country who are willing to pay for us to travel. This is due to the fact they trust us to treat them fairly and provide a competent, friendly, and cost-effective service.

Expanding Our Reach

Initially the company specialised in air conditioning and water chillers but in the last 10 years has progressively carried out works related to control systems and heat pumps; these elements of expertise have continued to grow. In order to show our involvement within these industries, we have incorporated two companies, namely Oxford Heatpumps Ltd and Oxford Energy Control Systems Ltd. We run these companies from our existing offices and much of the work is carried out by the same staff and funded by the same director owners.
